J.F.K. BINDING SUPPLIES LIMITED
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING
1. Payment terms are strictly 30 days nett for approved account customers. J.F.K. Binding Supplies Ltd reserves the right in its absolute discretion to grant, refuse or suspend any credit facilities.
2. J.F.K. Binding Supplies Ltd reserves the right to decline orders from any company or individual. Written confirmation of telephone orders must be marked as ‘confirmation’ to avoid duplication, if they are not they shall be assumed to be a new order and charged accordingly.
3. All goods remain the property of J.F.K. Binding Supplies Limited until payment has been received in full.
4. J.F.K. Binding Supplies Ltd will ensure parcels are handed to our carrier in a timely manner. The responsibilities and schedule for the delivery will be fulfilled by the carrier. J.F.K. Binding Supplies Ltd cannot be held liable for late deliveries.
5. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from J.F.K. Binding Supplies Limited. A goods return form must be completed by the customer. Please note that returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Returned items will be subject to a handling charge of 15%. The customer will be liable for the return carriage cost. Carriage costs will not be credited. Non-standard items may not be returned. If the customer is purchasing as a ‘consumer’ as defined in ‘The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 the goods may be returned by the customer within 7 working days for a full refund/credit of the invoice value of the goods. The customer must notify J.F.K. Binding Supplies Ltd of the order cancellation in writing. The customer will be liable for the return carriage cost and must ensure the goods are returned in a complete, undamaged and resalable condition. ALL goods must be returned in order to receive a full refund/credit of the purchase price.
Returned goods which arrive at J.F.K. Binding Supplies Ltd in an unsaleable condition will not will not be credited/refunded. The goods must be returned to J.F.K. Binding Supplies Ltd in the same condition you received them, this is extended to the product packaging. Please do not write or stick anything to the product box, if this happens we will not be able to resell the item, therefore, we will NOT be able to raise a credit/refund.
6. The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and any claims for shortages or damage must be made in writing to JFK Binding Supplies Ltd within 3 days of the delivery being signed for.
7. All prices are exclusive of VAT and J.F.K. Binding Supplies Ltd reserves the right to change prices & product specifications without prior notification.
8. All promotions are only available whilst stocks last. No alternative or cash discount will be given.
